23 Then they brought the he goats for the sin offering before the king and the Congregation, [a]and they laid their hands upon them.

24 And the Priests slew them, and with the blood of them they cleansed the altar to reconcile all Israel: for the king had commanded for all Israel the burnt offering, and the sin offering.

25 He appointed also the Levites in the house of the Lord with cymbals, with viols, and with harps, (A)according to the commandment of David, and Gad the King’s Seer, and Nathan the Prophet: for the [b]commandment was by the hand of the Lord, and by the hand of his Prophets.
